Service
Receptics provides salon booking, AI receptionist, reminder, and dashboard tools. Salons are responsible for configuring services, staff, availability, and customer communications lawfully.
Customer data
Salon customers submit information to the salon. The salon is responsible for honoring customer rights and using the platform in line with applicable privacy, consumer, and communications laws.
Messaging
Transactional WhatsApp, SMS, email, and call reminders may be sent for bookings, OTPs, confirmations, updates, and cancellations. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis and opt-out handling.
AI and calls
AI call handling may produce transcripts, summaries, recordings, and booking actions. Salons must provide required call recording notices, honor objections where required, and verify that prompts and workflows are appropriate.
Data protection
Salons must use the privacy request tools or contact support when a customer requests access, deletion, correction, restriction, portability, or objection under applicable privacy law.
Security
Users must protect login credentials, restrict staff access, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
