Who we are
Receptics provides salon booking, AI receptionist, reminder, and customer management tools. For salon customer data, the salon is usually the controller and Receptics acts as processor. For account, billing, security, and product analytics data, Receptics may act as controller.
Data we process
We process salon owner account data, salon configuration, customer names, phone numbers, emails, bookings, staff assignments, call metadata, call recordings, transcripts, WhatsApp/SMS/email delivery records, OTP events, support requests, billing records, and security logs.
Why we process data
We use data to provide booking and AI receptionist services, send transactional booking messages and OTPs, support salons, secure the service, meet legal obligations, process payments, and improve reliability.
Legal bases
Depending on context, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. Optional analytics and marketing cookies rely on consent.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and local storage support security, language, and booking flows. Optional analytics or marketing tools are not loaded until the visitor accepts optional cookies.
Subprocessors
We may use hosting providers, Twilio/WhatsApp, Vapi, email providers, Stripe, Google Calendar, analytics providers, and AI infrastructure providers. International transfers use appropriate safeguards such as data processing terms and standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, and configured retention settings. The platform includes retention controls for calls, bookings, leads, and outbound messages.
Your rights
EU/EEA users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Salons can use the Privacy Requests dashboard to export or delete matching customer records. Contact the salon for salon-controlled customer data or Receptics for account and platform data.
