Data Processing Addendum

Salon customer data is processed to provide booking, AI receptionist, reminder, analytics, and support services.

The salon is generally the controller for its customer data; Receptics acts as processor unless it processes data for its own account, billing, security, or legal purposes.

Receptics processes personal data only on documented instructions from the salon, including through product configuration and API use.

Receptics uses technical and organizational measures including access controls, HTTPS, rate limiting, restricted token responses, and operational monitoring.

Receptics may use subprocessors for hosting, communications, AI call handling, email, payments, calendars, analytics after consent, and support.

The dashboard includes privacy request tooling for salons to export or delete matching customer leads, bookings, calls, and outbound messages.

International transfers should use appropriate safeguards such as SCCs where required.
